It’s important to keep the promises that you make. It is very important because when you do keep a promise it creates a trust between people to make them fells sort of safe and secure when the keep a promise. When you break that promise they’re becomes a dis-trust between the people. When making a promise to yourself it keeps you motivated to do the thing that you wanted to do. They also create confidence, when you complete what you have finally wanted to achieve then you feel better which wants to make you want to achieve greater and bolder things. Promises are very important because they are like a motivation to finish something. For example when a women says “i want to lose 25 pounds in 2 months” then she wants to keep that promise. The promise modulates her to accomplish that goal/promise. When she finally completes this then she feels as if she could take on other things. People break their promises without realizing it because they were so caught up in other things that they didn’t have time to finish the goal that they had started. Soon the people hav barley realized that they are putting off their goal in some way. People feel defeated when they soon to realize that they failed at something, but others say that once you fall of the wagon then to get back on. When you fail at something they try and try again until you get it right. So keeping promises is basically important because they affect your self-confidence and help you feel as if you could take on anything or you cant do nothing because you failed at something.
