The parking space scene is the beginning of this episode. Mr. Bean gets to the parking lot in his tiny green car. He goes around the parking lot, almost crashing into the people standing around, trying to find a place where to park. Suddenly he sees a reserved parking spot with a car exactly like his, so he decides to take that other car out of the parking space to place his car there instead. He does this successfully. He even locks his car with a heavy padlock that looks completely out of place, which makes it hilarious.

But then, he finds himself not knowing what to do with the car that he took out of the reserved parking space. So he starts pushing it, trying to get it out of sight, when two soldiers offer to help him, probably thinking that that is his car that has had some kind of malfunction. As the soldiers keep pushing the car out of the parking lot, Mr. Bean takes off without saying a word.
