Yes, Learning can have a positive effect on someones life because when people learn they usually know right from wrong that is the whole point of learning so you know whats right and whats wrong. Learning can impact someone tremendously you can learn from a mistake which can benefit you or you can learn in school which will also benefit you. At the end of the day learning always helps.
