I think the correct answer would be C. You should only use visuals such as graphs, photographs, or charts in your paper only when needed to support the content of a presentation. For instance in research presentations, it would be better if data are presented in graphs in order for the audience to picture out clearly the results. Displaying only numbers would only confuse the audience and would not mean anything.
