Our grandparents had faced numerous obstacles adding to their stress level every day. The lack of resources made their life more complex and thus, stressful. After that, the lack of effective communication facilities made them devoid of reaching out to their loved ones living far ahead to them leading to a constant tension of their loved ones. The excessive dependence on nature and superstitious religious beliefs reckoned to the unnecessary stress imposed over them.
