Write an explanation for how to perform some kind of physical activity, such as riding a bike or playing sport

Alright here we go. Haha.

Riding a bike:
1.) Purchase Bicycle.
2.) Approach bicycle by locking ankle joints and back in place. Move knee and hip joints forward and backward in a repeating motion.
3.) Get on bicycle by locking left (or right depending on loaction) leg, hip and ankle joints in place while reaching right leg over bicycle. Keep balance in the center by keeping your back and your head steady.
4.) Once on bicycle, push off with your dominant foot while keeping the other side of your body balanced and your foot on the pedal. Once in motion, maintain balance by being centered and not moving left or right. Get your dominant foot back on the adjacent pedal from your other foot.
5.) Let your goal always be to continually push down on the pedal upwards while also pushing it forward.
6.) If done correctly, the previous steps should get you moving on your bike. Remember to stay balanced and to have fun.
