The following question refers to “credit your sources”: what is the correct way to format a long quote?

indent each line ten spaces from the left margin, or one inch on a computer.

indent only the first line ten spaces from the left, or one inch on a computer.

do not format the long quotation any differently from a short quotation, even though it may have an additional line or two.
