studies have shown that eating more fruits and vegetables prevents many diseases even though i know this, i would rather eat candy bars and french fries than broccoli and cauliflower after reading my bible, i am reminded that my body is a temple and i must take good care of it as a result, i will eat healthier foods this is my way of honoring god by taking care of one of his creations--me!
