That means that if I am describing Benjamin Franklin's life, the important events would appear from his early years to his adulthood. This is the best way to organize the essay because it is easier for our modes of learning, in other words, our brain has developed a way to easy relate and structure things in chronological order. Another advantage is that in this way people can see the evolution of the character, some events that happened first will explain some later ones. Finally, by using this structure it will be evident if an important event is missing.
