Antony's speech was more emotional and sincere while Brutus's speech was to the point and true. Antony persuaded the crowd with emotion and he stated all of the wonderful things and conquest Caesar did before he passed. He made sure the crowd knew just how much Caesar was loved.  

Antony wanted more emotional ending for his speech, so he used Caesar's cloak that was full of blood. Brutus however, wanted a peaceful ending for his speech to try and win over the crowd. Antony knew what Brutus was trying to do, so he spoke with tears to get the crowd again. Antony went straight for the crowds hearts as he wanted to control them.
