can someone give me an advise about on how I hurt my feelings on what I do...How to prove that I am me.. if someone that I love see my past and that can read my thoughts I don't want them to say sorry I just want them to see how much it hurts when they do that to me​

Focus your energies on trying to make things right and working on your good intentions!
