We now know for sure what "Release" means. When the elderly/sick/infants are "Released" they are humanely euthanized (put to sleep/killed).

1. Why would The Community euthanize people like this? What's the point? (1-2 sentences)
2. Do you think this is a valid reason/practice? Why/why not? (2-3 sentences)
3. There are clinics around the world that, if a person requests due to severe illness/disability, will allow them to euthanize themselves. However, in many states/countries/territories including in the US, it is illegal. Do you think severely ill/disabled/dying people should be allowed to "Request Release" in our world? Why/Why not?
