how do i get into books? it’s really difficult, i always think abt other things and have distractions but i want to read. any advice?

Some things that has really helped me is to read in silence but instead of reading in your head read aloud and also find a book of your interest like sci-fi or mystery ect. , something that catches you interests. Another thing i suggest is getting like and audio book and a physical book and reading it that way you can have the audio read to you but you follow along with a book.
