   The bombing of Hiroshima and Nagaski is one of history's most significant incidents. Because of how this influenced and continues to affect people in Hiroshima and Nagaski. This was all because of Hiroshima's military and their intention to force Japan to surrender in order to end World War ll. They then agreed to bomb Nagaski as well. Around 200,000 people were killed and thousands more were injured in this tragedy, but several survivors are now around to tell the tale of this historic moment. Sunao Tsuboi and Shigemitsu Tanaka were survivors of the Hiroshima and Nagaski bombings on August 6, 1945 and August 9, 1945, respectively.

  Sunao Tsuboi was a 20-year-old man on his way to college in Hiroshima when this happened, and he was blasted from head to foot, according to NYTimes.com. He knew it was the end for him at this stage, so he lied down next to a bridge. Until a classmate discovered and approached him, he took him to a military hospital where he received medical attention. He is now a retired worker with a wife, son, and grandchildren. Tanka said he "smelled burning flesh and moans", he also stated that Obama should clear nuclear wepons for good and hoped he would sit and listen to survivors.
