It is a matter of survival. Fear may feel negative, because it is an emotion that can be painful. The physical responses we have to objects or situations that we fear are often grouped together and characterized as a “fight or flight” instinct.

It's not. Everyone has a fear of something, it's rly just part of life, my guy.

answer: to review what went well and learn how to do it better next time
