What is the primary difference between pretest/posttest designs and within-groups designs? ?

The tests show improvment. One is done at the beginning to show what you might now, while the other tests you to see if your teacher has taught you well and to see if you got the material.

Within group designs are for like group assignments.

so basically, don't stress or over look this.

look closely at the passages and see if you can spot any of those hints! it doesn't have to be all, remember, its a quiz! no right or wrong answers.
