There is shortage of basic amenities like water and garbage colllection is dummbed beside the street so there is smell on the street which impact the office building too. To keep the  company working environment hygiene factors are important. Employees will not be able to work in the smelly environment and provision of water into the building is also necessary. The company cannot operate smoothly if these concerns are not responded.
