Police are targeting minorities
This started because of 9/11
Was supposed to be about stopping terrorism
However, these statistics show that was not what actually happened
Instead racism and harassment
This is racist
Targeting people of color.
Talk again about the statistics and numbers of arrests
They were not targeting white people
White people do more mass shootings than people of color by far.
This shows the racist intent of the people that made this law
