Abigail writes a simile in the end of the second paragraph: "Tis a Maxim of state That power and Liberty are like Heat and moisture; where they are well mixt every thing prospers, where they are single, they are destructive." Which is NOT true about what the simile means? Power and liberty is like heat and moisture.
Power and liberty is needed to balance each other out.
If power or liberty exists separately, it makes the best choice possible for governance.
Too much of a good thing is not necessarily bad.
