The grief seems like it'll never and and one would never be able to cope with the loss due to the live, affection and ringing memory of shared feeling a d moments which spans across one's thought on a regular basis. However, prolonged period of grief could lead to severe problems which in actual sense may be avoidable and hence making the grief unnecessary.
Finding someone to share one's problems with remains a very big leap to finding help with most forms of problems. Similarly, being engaged or having something do helps with grief as it occupies one's heart at the time and thus allays one's pain.
Self control is of immense importance as it helps one realize the effect of one's actions. Extended period of grief leads to depression. To forestall this outcome, a grieving person must be ready to move on and love his or her own life and not create additional problems.
