I agree fully because being more positive can eventually drift out the pain. Using more positivity in your life can also help you become a much more likeable person. You'd also be more nicer to other people, which can also make you a happier person because more people are communicating with you. Being more positive can encourage others around you to be more positive. Setting small goals can help you look forward to completing something, and will make you feel a lot happier once you accomplish said goal.
