I chose Abraham Lincoln for my essay and the reason why I think he was the best president is because he has the role of a savior of the Union. Slavery was harsh and people got treated horribly.. But he freed enslaved people which put an end to slavery. Those are a few reasons why I think Abraham Lincoln was the best president.
