Well try to keep the letter neutral dont make it over emotional just make it so the person understand u feel sympathetic but also tht u are always gonna be there for them no matter what.Write such letter when they read it they know they dont have to wory because there is someone out there who has there back for em.Dont make is sophisticated mention ur always are and u are always gonna be there no matter wht and tht they need patience coz they will be fine and they will be health like the were form before.Hope this helps.
