What is the difference between a simile and a metaphor or hyperbole? I need the answer now please

Simile is using the words “like” or “as”. So a simile is “you look like Shrek.” A metaphor is direct so it’d be like saying “ you are shrek.” Hyperbole is an exaggeration so it’s like saying “my bag weighs a hundred pounds I’m so tired”
