I agree, because a person can be happy by following only what his / her own heart & mind say, not the footprints of others. Diluting self personality because of world's perceptions is derogatory for personal, professional growth.

Jobs exemplifies this in his daily life by practicing what he preached. He left university for starting apple. He later also took many brave decisions, stated that 'I want to put a dent in universe'.
