   Teenagers' internal clocks change while school schedules don't causing a influxation in sleep.  The relationship between teenagers' internal clocks and school schedules is  a negative one. Schools start early in the day and most teens sleep late and wake late leading to less than 8 hours of sleep.  The text says" But despite the change in their internal body clocks, school start times and other schedules don’t change."
