The word "Question" could be used in many different ways. It could be used as either a noun or a verb. For example, "Alyssa questioned Timothy" or as a noun like "Timothy answered the questions".  

Questions are when your curiosity taps in, it is when you prove that you understand, but have some thoughts. Questions are the main part of writing as you can have it as an intro, a hook and many more! A question is an utterance that typically functions as a request for information, which is expected to be provided in the form of an answer. Questions can also be defined as interrogative expressions often used to test knowledge. In English, there are four types of questions: general or yes/no questions, special questions using wh-words, choice questions, and disjunctive or tag/tail questions. Each of these different types of questions is used commonly in English, and to give the correct answer to each you'll need to be able to be prepared.
