Marie retorted “yeah, sorry.” With a blow to her hair that fell from her ear Kate turned away from her and started walking through another doorway not even waiting for Marie to catch up before reaching a flight of stairs disappearing as the stairs curved upwards making Marie chase after her once again hearing a startled scream that cut off abruptly Marie ran faster soon reaching the top seeing kate with a sword touching her throat as she watched her come from the stairs with surprised eyes her eyes darted to the sward at her neck to her own sward that seemed to have been tossed to the end of the hall Kate looked from the sward to Marie signaling to use it, Marie reluctantly picked up the blade not really knowing how to use it like in the many situations her mind made up making her think she knew how to she was scared her legs where noodles and her feet seemed to be cemented to the floor as she saw the Daesh around her friend she remembered the books she made and what capabilities where able to defeat these Daesh which was her friend’s sword. Marie looked down at the sword she held as the Daesh laughed as they moved in on her only four came near to her as she started aimlessly swinging with one strong lucky blow across one enemy’s chest plate as he roared in anger trying to cover the gash as he bled and slowly backed away obviously wounded
