23.The word inconstancy means “changeable,” but it often refers to a state of love in which someone is not loyal but rather goes from one lover to another. In “To Lucasta, on Going to the Wars,” what inconstancy does the speaker refer to, and why does he think his sweetheart will “adore” that inconstancy?

Both poems are about going to war and how they view the honor of going to war.  Lucasta speaks as a man of peace and forced to war and serving with honor and how he could not have served with more honor.  Tennyson speaks of war with excitement, it is a honor to be one of the noble who serve and what all they accomplised as a noble.

the lines show odysseus disguised as a beggar and shares his bread with another beggar in a weird way because he had to defeat him in order to eat. however, odysseus does not kill the old man and even shows his hospitality.
