“I grew up with Tourette's in New York City public schools and I was just amazed at the bravery and the fortitude of this young man,” Mihok said. "I sent him an email letting him know he had a friend in Los Angeles and his mother asked me to be his mentor. I happily accepted.” Together, Jaylen and Mihok have been taking their knowledge into the Polk County school system, holding assemblies to educate students on bullying.
