Prepare a presentation that you will present orally, with visual or audio aids. Choose one of these literary themes for your presentation: • Love
• Justice
• Nature and Humanity
• Life’s Journey

Choose two artistic works that deal with your selected topic. One should be a poem. The second may be in any other art form, including short stories, drama, film, television, song, graphic novels, comics, or operas. Compare and contrast, using evidence from each work, how the two works express the theme. Be sure to discuss the special traits of the two media as well as the contents of the works. Your presentation should have these characteristics:
• Three to five minutes long
• Show your mastery of presentation skills.
• Begin with an interesting introduction that identifies the theme and the works and provides a sample of what an audience would read, see, or hear in each work.
• Continue with a supporting section that details how the theme is developed in each work and medium.
• Provide evidence for your interpretations from the works themselves. • Include at least one example of media to support your talk.
• Wrap up with a conclusion that reminds the audience of your key points.
