We've known each other since 3rd grade and I've seen him through his glow up. and one time we messed around w each other bout our voices. he told me i have a squeaky a** voice so i told him um ur the one w/ a deep voice that cracking so s t f u. what do i do

Well he may be doing that cuz he might not know how to express his feelings towards you, he might actually really like but not know how to express it. Don't give up on him, keep on trying because if he is annoying you or teasing you it could mean he likes you. Bcz like you said he helped you get through your last breakup.
