Should phones be allowed in class? Explain

No, phones should not be allowed in class, therefore it will distract students from what they are doing, Although, i do believe some electronics, such as computers, should be allowed. I believe that because since this a generation where basically everywhere are devices, at least kids should have a bit of educational electronic time.
