We all know what a speech bubble is, but I was stuck on options A and B for a little bit. Although a speech bubble is part of authentic dialogue, it on it's one isn't. It's like a cake. Would you consider flour to be a cake? Of course not. But with some other stuff, you got yourself a cake.
