CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. write a conclusion to this. ILL GIVE BRAINEST. Dancing has always been a thing that I’ve always enjoyed especially when I was little. When I was younger my mom would take me to a studio to dance for a bit. I enjoyed it because I can just be myself. I’ve also seen some amazing dancers on t. v shows and always wonder how they became such a great dancer. Others should try dancing because they can bring people together. It can also help clear people’s mind if they have a busy day.
So what I would normally do when I want to dance is practice some dances. I usually just search up some small dances to learn in a day and just practice. What I also do is make up some dance moves on my own, that way you can be comfortable with your creativity in dancing. I also think that you should take dance lessons if you want that way you can learn more things. It’s important to practice a lot because you need to make sure that you can remember the choreography.
You need to be patient. I used to get so frustrated because I could never get the dance right. You're not always going to be perfect all the time. If you mess up on a part of a dance don’t quit, go back and try again. I was so close to quitting dancing because I messed up a part of my dance on stage once and I thought that I disappointed everyone. But it turns out that no one saw my mistake. Don’t think that when you're going to learn a new dance you're going to be perfect at first. You're never going to be perfect on your first time.
Something that is so important to do before dancing is to stretch. Stretching prevents injuries. When I was in 5th grade I forgot to stretch, and when I came home I found out that I had pulled a hamstring. I couldn’t dance because of the pain. So it's very important to stretch. Stretching can also help you become a better dancer. For example, if you weren’t able to reach your arms during a dance lesson, you can try stretching everyday that way you can get closer to reaching your arms. I think stretching can help you relax after class too.
