PLEASE HURRY Is this a Shakespearean sonnet in iambic pentameter

My parents try so hard to keep me safe

Clawing my golden cage I will be free

Parents will worry and will rest on faith

Letting go of me is the only key

Though I know i can’t fly too far away

Finding my own way through is too vital

Won’t change my mind when you beg me to stay

You’ll be happy I stayed on my cycle

But when I think of you guys I worry

Years pass by and you are getting older

You weaken and it makes my eyes blurry

Your end is coming and getting closer

I’ll look back on these days and remember

Heaven's gates opened for you to enter.
