I'm not sure exactly what it's asking, but here's what I made out of it (hope it helps, but if you need a different kind of answer, please tell me and I'll do my best to fix it for you!):

1. The road is not safe enough at night.

2. The lesson was too boring.

3. Our car is too small for all of us to travel.

4. Peter is not active enough to get promoted.

5. She is not young enough to live on her own.

6. He is not tall enough to play basketball.

7. They are too poor to afford a holiday.

8. The wall was high enough to keep them from climbing it.

i think it may be b, i'm not exactly too sure on this. but b seems to make more sense.
