Antagonist is a person who actively opposes or is hostile to someone or something; an adversary.

Protagonist- The main character in your story the main one. Everything that happens in the story affect the character.

antagonist- A person you can say that is rival with your protagonist. For example he might get in the way to make your protagonist (main character) look bad.
