Mark had a look of disdain as he sighted Aaron from afar. He knew it had been a long time and all that should be in the past, but it was still sensitive.

Suddenly, it was eight months ago all over again as twenty-three year old Aaron who was looking so handsome, sidetracked Mark and rudely interrupted the conversation between Mark and a hot girl.

Aaron acted like Mark was just a piece of furniture and just asked if the girl was single to which she promptly said no. He worked his charm, made her giggle and grabbed her number.

That was the most embarrassing day of Mark's life as he just stood awkwardly with his nerd glasses on. It was after Aaron walked away that the girl apologized.

Now, eight months later, Aaron still looked devilishly handsome and Mark still carried a grudge, looking for an opportunity to get his pound of flesh back.
