It was the first day of July and from the moment I woke up I knew something was diverse. When I finally hauled myself out of bed, shuffled down the stairs, and settled for some Cheerios, I skimmed through the channels and decided to conclude on the Cartoon Network. When I finished my breakfast I started cleaning up my room and doing my chores. By noon I've nearly accomplished most of my chores. When I was cleaning the kitchen I noticed my mom had a dreadful work call. I ascended the staircase to check out what happened on the call and she was in a very bitter mood. After I heard her start striding downstairs I scurried over to the living room. “You both need to go get some fresh air. I'm tired of you guys staying all cooped up in this house!” she exclaimed. I didn't want to find out what would happen next so I propelled myself out of the house, with a backpack and a water bottle.
I gave some friends a call and decided to pedal over to Chase's house, after biking for a half hour I made it to his place. We took his dog Farly over to the school football field and romped around for a while. Afterward, Chase and I decided to rapidly bike up to the heights and burst off some jumps for a little while, he got tired of biking so he headed back to his house and got some pizza and played some video games. I on the other hand decided to go over to my dad's house and take my dog shadow for a walk. I went on the Indian Creek trail with him for an hour. Once I took Shadow home and got him some water I grabbed a sandwich out of the fridge and stuffed it in my backpack. I biked back over to Chase's house and had my lunch. We played video games together for a couple of hours until I got a message from Chase’s dad, Pete, and he said that my mom needs me to come home now. So I headed over to my dad's house and informed him of what had happened. I spent the night at my dad's house because I didn't want to feed the flame at my mom’s house.
The next day I biked over to my moms thinking what I would say and how hopeful I was that she wasn't upset with me anymore. Well, I finally made it over to her house and apologized for exasperating her yesterday and she accepted my regrets. I was very relieved that we were on good terms again but I’ll remember to just do as I’m told and not talk back under any circumstances, especially when she's feeling disquiet.
