It's an economic problem in that numerous people try to get the most out of something. As the demand for that certain Resource/Item overwhelms the supply, Everyone that consumes/uses another unit hurts others who can no longer enjoy the benefits.

Autopia is a perfect place which is impossible - there is no way that such a place could possibly exist.sir thomas more once wrote his utopia where he portrayed a seemingly perfect society where there was no crime, no pain, no suffering, famine, lack of any resources. however, it turned out that these people lived in a dictatorship and didn't know that their lives were actually bad. my vision of a utopia would include a similar thing - no hate, wars, pain and suffering, a place where everyone would be happy and satisfied. however, unfortunately, that is impossible.
