Cloning is a hot-button issue with passionate
supporters who think cloning is the next giant leap
for science and equally fervent detractors who
believe humans should not play God. Some
detractors use the tragedy of Victor Frankenstein
and his monster to argue against cloning, while
supporters argue that Frankenstein's response to
his monster is what caused the tragedy. What's
your opinion? Based on the events in the novel,
do you think that Frankenstein can be used as
support for or against cloning?
