PLEASE! HELP! I have Hella Homework! Part 1 (Minimum 100 words per quote explanation, not including the words in the chosen quote)
Using only the materials mentioned in the assignment title, choose one quote from each text that you found significant. You may reference your reading logs to help you on this assignment. For each quote, you will explain the significance the quote holds and post it for your peers to read. This explanation can include:

-How the quote emphasizes a recurring idea.
-Commentary the author is making about a specific topic.
-Larger questions that arise from this quote.
-Connections between this quote and other quotes within the reading.
-Connections between this quote and yourself, other texts, films/television series, the world.

Do not simply summarize the quote. If you do, the quote explanation will not count towards your grade.
Do not use the internet to "get ideas" on quotes from the text. Do not plagiarize ideas from anywhere.
Remember, the emphasis of these discussions is that you get into the habit of thinking for yourself, not repeating what you are taught to believe or say.

Part 2 (Minimum 50 words per comment)
Afterwards, you will read the post of three other students and comment on each one. These comments should build off the ideas brought up by the student. In your comments you may include:
-Agreeing/Disagreeing with a student's explanation.
-Expand on the ideas brought up by the student.
-Connect the student's explanation to yourself, another quote from the text, another text, film/television, or the world.
-Raising questions based on the student's explanation.

Remember, you may only leave one comment per student. You must have commented on three students posts total, in addition to following the previous guidelines, to receive full credit.

Use this opportunity to have a genuine conversation with your peers on ideas you have come up with together.
