Bob is on a Greyhound bus and awakes to find a police officer standing over him without a search warrant but asking to search his personal belongings. The officer was in the middle of a “sweeping search” of the bus and requested to search Bob’s bag. Bob has the right to vacate the bus and not surrender to the search.
