Martha is an office assistant in a company. Her boss gave her a task to collect outputs of the two applicants for the position of Graphic Designer in the advertising unit. The outputs were not named but the control number was with Martha. Liza,

one of the applicants who happens to be her friend asked to help her to be hired in their office. Martha thought of the

things that Liza has done to her. When the boss has chosen the best output, Martha checked out the control number if it

was Liza’s output! It wasn’t hers! Martha decided to falsify the control number in order for her friend to be hired. When

the result was finally out, the other applicant named Marco complained because he saw what Martha did. Marco

expressed his feelings by brutally attacking Martha with bitter, hurtful, and taboo words. The boss witnessed it and called

out for a security guard. The boss wanted to clear up things on why it was happening, so he calmed both sides and listened

to them. Martha told the truth and apologized. The boss ended up not hiring anyone from the applicants, while she fired

Martha.
