I Infer: The girl being carried has gotten hurt.

Because: It looks as if she is unable to walk and that would explain why she is being carried in the first place.

I Infer: The two girls were playing in this unsafe environment such as climbing the tree and that could be how she got hurt.

Because: That is the most logical explanation of why the girl is being carried.
