Caesar had asked Brutus " You too, Brutus?"
There was no accurate translation of the line, but many had said that  Caesar had asked Brutus if Brutus was also part of those people who had betrayed him. After Brutus had stabbed him, Caesar he fell to the ground and succumbed to his fate.
