Gen Z is more racially and ethnically diverse so they are more accepting of others, they are also on track to being the most well-educated generation yet, and they are also strongly aware of the environmental, political, and socio-economic problems that societies face today. And according to some studies they're “more serious about this” than any other generation. Gen Z has found many solutions to things and has many ideas but some people just can’t accept that this is the future and say we are just being rebellious.
