Read the following excerpt from Andrew Jackson's Speech on Indian Removal:
The consequences of a speedy removal will be important
to the United States, to individual states, and to the Indians
themselves. The pecuniary (financial advantages which it
promises to the Government are the least of its
recommendations. It puts an end to all possible danger of
collision between the authorities of the general and State
Governments on account of the Indians.
How does Jackson most clearly make a hasty generalization about Indian
removal in this excerpt?

dramatic irony occurs when the reader/audience knows more about a character's situation than the character does. the one main effect is that it gives the reader a sense of superiority, or detached superiority. the reader not only seemingly discovers what is revealed, but feels superior for doing so.

the author is showing that it is the insatisfaction of basic needs that brings about the protests such as the strikes.if workers do not earn enough to buy food and feed their families and themselves in order to continue working, what is the use of working? besides, another message from the author is that of the owners of factories should be worried about ensuring their furure by having a second and third generation of workers in their industries.if they do not hear the workers demands, they will not have any more workers to make their pockets full.
