One thing that you can think about is varying your writing up a bit. It is great to keep referring to the "product," so that your reader does not forget about that during the points that you are mentioning. Sometimes the reader gets off track by getting too involved in the story (or points). The term "product" is used quite a bit though. What are some synonyms or other terms that you could implement to help not be as redundant with this term, "product"?
